Down in the City

I had the opportunity Sunday afternoon to go downtown and shoot a very talented group of young musicians. I thoroughly enjoyed this and could probably stay down there for weeks and not even come close to finding all the cool photo spots. I look forward to being in that area again some time in the future. I hope you all enjoy the preview shots. 

Beautiful Mom to be!

I had such an amazing time photographing a friend of mine this weekend! She is so beautiful inside and out and I think I laughed more than I had in a long time while we were shooting. It was a bit on the chilly side and we had to tromp through the mud in some places but with a change of shoes, a towel, and a willing subject I could not have asked for anything more. We even got a few with her husband as well even though he only had a few minutes. Here are a few teaser shots for the couple.

Fun evening shoot

I had the opportunity to take some pictures of a friend's daughter as the light was leaving us and dark setting in. I need a lot more practice with these light conditions, but we got some really neat shots using both natural light, flash, and at times the car headlights. I hope you enjoy then, she was a pleasure to shoot and I had a great time.
